The owner of 15 tanks with yellow phosphorus that derailed on July 16 is “Kazforsfat” company. Kazakh press connects this company with citizens of Israel Lev Levayev and Arkadiy Haydamak.
According to agency “Center Asia” data, the last in the row businessman was wanted by Interpol on France demand. Now both entrepreneurs live in Israel. Dangerous freight was delivered to Palnd and its approximately cost comprised about USD 3 million.
At the same time, experts are sure that main damage from accident is caused not to owners of the freight but to environment and people of Lviv region. According to preliminary estimation of Emergency Ministry , it is necessary to spend about UAG 100 million to liquidate all results of the accident.
