The State program of social and economic development for 2008 has been affirmed. Minister of Economy Anatoliy Kinakh stated on Tuesday during the internet press conference: “Current state of the county’s economy: challenges and prospects”.
The Minister noted that the State target programs and the program of development have been reviewed in accordance with the financial possibilities for their fulfillment.
Also, the forecast of economic and social development of Ukraine for the next year has been made. According to Kinakh, it foresees the rise of the average monthly salary to UAH 1582, the rise of salary, with a glance of inflation in comparison with the current year, to 14,3%, and the preservation of persons, involving in economic activity, at the level of 2007.
