In the connection with the accident in Lviv region on Tuesday the criminal case concerning the safety rules contravention was brought to the court by deputy Prosecutor of Lviv region. Deputy Prosecutor General Tatyana Kornyakova said before the session of the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm’s correspondent reports.
According to her, the special investigating group has been created. It includes the workers of transport, social, economic, and other administrations.
The deputy Prosecutor General noted that there are four versions of the accident:
- the accident occurred as a result of the wrong actions of locomotive brigade workers;
- as a result of non-observance of norms and rules during the dangerous cargo loading – yellow phosphorous;
- as a result of tracks state at the given railway stage;
- as a result of outside persons interference.
According to Kornyakova, now two expertises are being carried out and necessary persons are being interrogated.
