The Government has not submitted to NSDC its propositions concerning new draft law on state purchases. The deputy head of the President’s Secretariat Olexander Shlapak said that today at the briefing in Kyiv, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

He reminded that for recent years this law was changed several times, but every next law was worse than the previous one.

He informed that Yushchenko and Yanukovych offered their variant of resolving this situation, in particular to hold NSDC session for regulation of the problem.

Shlapak reminded that NSDC worked out draft bill on state purchases and President put this decision into force by his decree on Thursday. “The President demands the government to prepare changes to this draft bill and to hold in-depth discussion of these initiatives,” he said.

Moreover, Yushchenko charged PGO, SBU, Interior Ministry and Antimonopoly committee to carry out control and check the system of state purchases in general.
