Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Ivan Plyushch thinks rumours about breakdown of the early elections to be speculative. He stated at a meeting with journalists from the EU countries on Thursday.
Answering the question of journalists concerning the early elections in Ukraine and their possible breakdown, NSDC Secretary said that is “misinformation”. He noted once more that the early elections will help to overcome the political crisis in the country, and this is a decision of the President of Ukraine, the VRU chairman and the PM from May 27, “UNIAN” reports.
The main topic of the NSDC Secretary meeting with journalists was the discussion of European aspirations of Ukraine, the effectiveness of actions of Ukrainian authority representatives in the process of Euro integration, the safety of investments to the economy of Ukraine by EU business representatives, Ukraine’s WTO joining, and risks of Ukraine in the process of EU integration.
