PR blames Yushchenko for administrative pressure on owners and top-managers of media recourses. It is said in a letter of PR press service to the Committee of Electors of Ukraine, UNIAN reports.
As the letter has it, PR faced pressure of subordinated to the President state departments and regional administration. In particular in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Rivne, Volyn and Chernivtsi regions, officials of administration “persistently recommended” operators of outside advertisement not to put advertising posters of Party of Regions. Otherwise they will have tax, location, control and other problems after elections.
Moreover, the letter says that while putting its TV advertising on national TV channels the PR preliminary got refusal from some channels. Representatives of such TV channels motivated their refusal by fact that it has Yushchenko, Tymoshenko, People’s deputies scenes that violate laws on advertisement. The PR press service informed that advertisement is agreed to accept only after its remake. However, TV channels broadcast Yushchenko's advertisement with picture of Yanukovych, Moroz and people’s deputies.
The PR asks Electors Committee to pay attention to above-mentioned facts. “We consider these incidents disgrace not only the President’s secretariat, National Council, some newspapers and sites but cast doubt on democracy of our state,” the letter said.
