“Uryadovy courier” newspaper declares that publicizing of information of changes to the law on state purchases from June 19 in edition of July 7 is official publication of the document.
“These materials have inofficial, only informative character, that’s why it did not violate order of publicizing of official document. To underline inofficiality of this document editorial stuff of newspaper put explanation under this document: “This document is not official publication. It is published for public awareness.”
As a reminder, the first vice PM Mykola Azarov declared that changes to law on state purchases, adopted by the VRU on June 19, have come into effect.
