The first vice PM Mykola Azarov declares that changes to law on state purchases, adopted by the VRU on June 19, have come into effect.
Within the legislation, in case the President does not return the law to the VRU for reconsideration and does not sign it within 15 days, the changes to the law on state purchases were sent to official publications for publicizing.
According to Azarov, making changes to the law on state purchases, the government took measures for resolution of situation around Tender chamber.
Azarov noted that he spoke to the President on necessity to make changes to law on state purchases and reached understanding. “However, since the VRU dissolution the President does not sign law adopted by the VRU and does not return them to the parliament with his remark,” he noted.
