President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko approved by his decree a decision of the National Security and Defense Council from June 15, which criticizes activity of the Government and the Ministry of Fuel and Energy concerning non-fulfillment of the NSDC decisions on energy security.
The corresponding decree was signed on Monday by the President. NSDC secretary Ivan Plyushch is charged to control this decree implementation.
In its decision from June 15 the NSDC confessed the insufficient work of the executive power concerning the tasks, given to it by the NSDC decisions, put into action by the President’s decrees.
