The richest Ukrainian entrepreneur, a member of PR Rinat Akhmetov declares that the Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych charged him to develop program of economic reforms.
According to Akhmetov, “Effective management” fun, founded by him, will deal with the program development. This fund will not finance political parties and will have nothing to elections.
Akhmetov also noted that the first draft of the fund – program of economic reforms will be developed by one of the leading international companies which makes consultations for many countries. However, Ukrainian experts will be also involved in the project, UNIAN reported.
Akhmetov considers that creation of new fund must be considered as his own contribution to economic development of the country and noted that it is the first example in Ukraine when development of economic programs for government will be financed by means of native resources.
