Criminal cases on results falsification of the election-2004 are sent to the court. Prosecutor General Olexander Medvedko stated at a press conference on Friday, the ForUm’s correspondent reports.
“11 criminal cases on results falsification of the elections-2004, that were in the production of the Prosecutor General’s office, were given to the court, “ he said.
According to Medvedko, these are not the all criminal cases. “There are some more cases, which the Prosecutor General’s office investigates, and they were sorted out in the separate production because persons were not ascertained,” he noted.
