NATO has become popular topic in Ukraine. A majority of the Ukrainian population state interest in Ukraine's EuroAtlantic prospects, NATO Information and Documentation Center Director Michel Duray told a sitting of the press club on EuroAtlantic Integration at Ukrinform.
The participants discussed returns of fulfillment of the Ukraine-NATO Partnership Charter.
According to Polish Ambassador to Ukraine Jacek Kluczkowski, "Ukraine's integration into NATO will enhance security in the entire Europe. He stressed that Poland has already made a chose of backing Ukraine's' EuroIntegration's bids. This is our strategic goal to have Ukraine nearby in NATO and EU, he said.
Slovak Ambassador to Ukraine Urban Rusnak stressed that Slovakia will support Ukraine's joining NATO, in case the Ukrainian nation rules on it. He also noted that the Slovak Embassy in Ukraine will assist spread of truthful information about NATO in Ukraine, as Cabinet’s press office informs.
