President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko considers current privatization processes discredit the country. He said yesterday during the meeting with business representatives.
According to Yushchenko, nowadays privatization in Ukraine is “indistinct, confused and with nontransparent policy” that reduces interest of foreign investors to Ukraine.
Yushchenko noted that last year none of the interesting object was proposed for privatization. “Every region observes bankruptcy. It is a tragedy,” he stressed.
Yushchenko considers it is not effective way. “Privatization that is now in Ukraine discredits Ukraine.
Yushchenko called to publicity in privatization sphere. He called the Government and power to create fair and competitive conditions for privatization.
