OSCE and the Council of Europe have already started preparation for early parliamentary elections in Ukraine. Olexander Chaly the deputy head of the President's Secretariat told reporters on Tuesday, the ForUm’s correspondent informed.

He said that experts of the Council of Europe are scheduled to arrive in Ukraine on July 15. According to him, the purpose of their visit is to monitor the situation before early parliamentary elections and he said their technical assistancewas necessary to make the elections “fair, democratic and transparent.”

Chaly said the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe would also send its representatives to Ukraine soon to ensure that its observers can work effectively at the September elections. “So both the Council of Europe and the OSCE are practically working to provide technical assistance and monitor the September 30 elections,” he said, adding that the country’s partners in these two institutions "have no doubts about the elections in Ukraine." Chaly is convinced that the more observers we have at elections, the better it is.
