In particular, the Cabinet by its submission of October 3, 2006 asked the CCU to give official explanation concerning article 83, in accordance with which the coalition in the VRU submits proposition to the President on PM and Government candidatures, UNIAN informed.
Moreover, the Cabinet wanted to get official answer concerning authorities of the VRU to appoint the PM, Foreign Minister and Defense Minister.
