The VRU vice speaker Adam Martynyuk does not exclude that early parliamentary elections are planned to hold simultaneously referendum on Constitution. It is easy to guess what questions will be put at the referendum by the President. It comes to: return me everything that I want,” Martynyuk said.
According to Martynyuk, to avoid current situation in Ukraine it was necessary since January 2005 but not since April 2006 to hold the first part of the reform –to strengthen power of the PM and the Government in relation to the President, Interfax-Ukraine informed.
“It was necessary to reduce President’s authorities since 2005 but now after a year and a half of the unlimited power of Yushchenko, that is getting reduced, the President’s team is not satisfied with those little authorities they have after changes to the Constitution,’ he stressed.
