Chairman of the VRU Olexander Moroz stated social TV advertising with Yushchenko’s participating breaks Ukrainian legislation. Moroz told that on Wednesday at a plenary session.

According to the speaker, this social TV advertising broadcasting breaks the law on advertising and the regulation of another legislation concerning position or concrete official’s image promotion.

“I think it is beneath criticism, moreover, the world practice can’t make such examples,” Moroz told.

Speaker emphasized in current situation it is necessary to turn to the President and the mass media in the name of parliamentary regulation committee or the People’s deputies, and to point out the necessity “even elementary to respect norms of our legislation”. “One can’t act like this,” Moroz emphasized.
