Chairman of judges’ Council Petro Pylypchuck told about the attempts of interfering in the justice realization. He stated that at an extraordinary congress of Ukrainian judges.
According to Pylypchuck, the political crisis and legal nihilism lead to attempts of politicians’ interference in the justice realization.
Pylypchuck states that politicians try to influence judges, to press on them and to make judges join political struggle, to use judges and courts for their own purposes. According to him, recently everyone has had a possibility to observe an attempt of the CCU destruction.
Pylypchuck urged judges to be objective in their work, do not come under any influence of political forces, but to act only according to the Law of Ukraine.
