President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko considers situation on the state purchase market has crucial character. The deputy chief of the President’s Secretariat Viktor Bondar told today at the press conference, the ForUm’s correspondent informed.

“Situation has not only bad tendency but critical character, according to the President. During regional visits, beginning with governors up to head of the enterprises raise question on that the market became corrupted and relations between supplier and the state are far from appropriate. Moreover, Tender Chamber of Ukraine totally controls the whole system of state purchases,” Bondar said.

According to Bondar, the President paid the Cabinet and coalition attention to this inadmissible situation, but the parliament could not change the law on state purchase.

Bondar considers Moroz had enough time to solve this situation when the parliament was legal and with its full members.
