Former President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma regrets Ukraine little by little loses the partnership with the Russian Federation in the raw of economic and industrial spheres. He stated that on Thursday during the presentation of his book “After Maidan”.
Kuchma noted that this influences negatively on the both sides, and first of all on Ukraine.
“This is the tragedy for Ukraine,” he added.
Especially, the former President of Ukraine regrets Ukraine and Russia lose partnership in the aviation sphere, “UNIAN” reports.
At the same time, he hopes the nearest visits of PM Viktor Yanukovych and President Viktor Yushchenko to the Russian Federation will help to improve that situation.
“My position is clear and understandable: we must take into account that we have such neighbor as Russia,” Kuchma told.
