European Commissioner for External Relations and European Neighborhood Policy Benita Ferrero-Waldner hopes the early parliamentary elections in Ukraine will be fair and the EU will be able to observe these elections. She stated that on Monday at a press conference in Luxemburg after the Council on cooperation between Ukraine and the EU.
“We hope the elections will be held and we will be able to send the observers and the elections will be fair and free,” Ferrero-Waldner told.
Besides, European Commissioner is satisfied with the negotiations process between Ukraine and the EU concerning the new enhanced agreement.
