This year Ukraine will keep the export grain export potential. Vice PM Viktor Slauta informed that on Monday at a press conference.
“The gross grain production is normal. Taking into account the supply and the supply of the State’s reserve, Ukraine will keep export potential this year,” he stated.
According to Slauta, on June 1, 2007 the grain recourses were the same as on June 1, 2006 – 4,5 millions of tones. “There must be no questions on this subject for today,” he noted.
Slauta emphasized that the discussions about rise in prices for bread are taken place not on the economic background but only on the economic one.
