Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych declared that effectiveness of the Government work depends on the President now. He told yesterday in Poltava region.
According to Yanukovych, now the state power system is broken that is significant problem. He noted that unfortunately system of power does not work as one chain. He said that the parliament must adopt laws, the President must sign them and the Government must be responsible for their realization. “But if this chain is broken, the power is not able to work effectively,” he said.
“Now the President is that institution that can provide or destroy mechanism of executive power,” Yanukovych said.
He reminded that he addressed the President to continue parliament work for adoption necessary for the country laws. But did not get answer yet.
