The Fund activity is focused on the projects and programs, directed to long term development of Ukraine, increasing the competitiveness of state economy and increasing the standards of living in Ukraine. The Fund is financing the long term projects, which are not depending on election periods in Ukraine, informs Fund press-cutting service.
The Fund “Effective management” target is uniting the top Ukrainian and foreign specialists for independent development of practical recommendations for the government which will contribute to steady development of Ukraine.
“Effective management” Fund is brainstorm center, the main task of which is – not to influence on economic politics in the country, but to help the executive branch to form this politics with the help of world experience, as top world Centers do: Carnegie Fund, Brookings Institutem, Cato Institute, Adam Smith Institute and others in their countries. Fund does not replace the executive branch, but becomes the intellectual and analytical resource for it. The decisions of using and implementing the Fund decisions are made by the executives organ responsible for realization the economical politics and strategy of Ukraine.
The “Effective management” Fund activities will be absolutely clear and presumes the public discussions of the project. In its activities the Fund will be following the world practice approaches.
The “Effective management” Fund activities are not interfering with the activities of Philanthropic Fund “Development of Ukraine”, which is working on philanthropic and social projects only.
