“Today we fulfilled all obligations the Government taken. We adopted necessary laws, including the budget changes that make early elections possible. All those laws and budget changes are adopted in the parliament and signed by the President. The opposition obligations are not fulfilled yet so it’s time for opposition to fulfill obligations,” Ukraine’s PM Viktor Yanukovych told today, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
Yanukovych think that People’s deputies who initiated early parliamentary elections should fulfill the agreements, according to the part 2, article 82 of the Constitution that foresees 151 People’s deputies, having resigned from the VRU, are illegitimate and than President appoints early elections.
Decree is already issued but the question of the People’s deputies resignation and acts of the CEC concerning zeroing of the lists are not solved yet.
