The first vice PM Mykola Azarov declares that the opposition, having withdrawn its candidates from election lists and refused to work in the VRU, violated agreements reached by the President, the Prime Minister and the speaker. He told today at the briefing after meeting with officials of trade-economic missions.
According to Azarov, the leaders agreed that some days would be given for adoption of economic laws that are necessary for the whole country, in particular law on state purchases and Taxation Code.
“Sudden zeroing of lists on Saturday at the factions congresses…is violation of all agreements. It was surprise as on Friday we spoke with OU and BYuT leaders on necessity of these laws. We spoke about possibility to adopt these laws by means of consensus of five factions. And now they resigned the factions and consider VRU illegitimate,” Azarov said.
He also noted that he would like the opposition to recollect achieved agreements and come back to negotiations and realization of agreements.
