The government intends to inform Ukrainian people about the decision on salaries and pensions raisings for the budget sphere workers. PM Viktor Yanukovych gave such instruction to the first vice-prime Mykola Azarov at the beginning of today’s meeting at the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm”s correspondent reports.
“I have the telegrams from some regions where the message on that has not been received. Pensioners are worrying, whether it is true or just the words. That’s why the Pension fund has to carry out an explanatory work,” Yanukovych told.
Besides, Azarov is charged to inform budget sphere workers about salaries and pensions raisings, “in order people know”.
According to the PM, during the tour to Odessa he met with teachers and found out that even they knew nothing about salaries raisings. “It is necessary now, before teachers’ annual leave to tell them and to make everything required so as to inform them what salary will be from September 1,” the PM emphasized.
