The VRU speaker Olexander Moroz considers all laws necessary for early parliamentary elections will be adopted on Friday by midnight.
“We will consider all issues by midnight today,” noted the Speaker.
He also explained the procedure of national deputies’ withdrawal from their factions.
“People’s deputy must submit resignation to secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada and in accordance with part 3 Article 60 of the Parliamentary Rules of Procedure he should notify the speaker about it. I ask those, who have not yet given their notices, to do it now,” Moroz said.
The Speaker confirmed that BYuT and “Our Ukraine” people’s deputies had submitted their resignation applications but remarked that some resignations were issued improperly. Some of them lacked signatures; others were submitted but later recalled.
