The Ukrainian parliament will work despite President’s wish until new people’s deputies of new elected VRU change it. Taras Chornovil told in an interview, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“We are not interested in two, three or four days the President gives us. The VRU is functioning until new people’s deputies swear, according to the Constitution. The parliament is a body functioning without a break,” he said.
According to him, in the current situation the President can be substituted for the VRU chairman, but the parliament can’t be replaced by anyone.
Chornovil considers the President suspended his decree on VRU dissolution for so-called legal work of the parliament, not for the whole parliament but for OU and BYuT.
