The Kyiv City Administration intends to submit a draft bill to the Kyiv City Rada on ban of traffic move along the Andriyivsky Uzviz, First Deputy Mayor of Kyiv Anatoliy Holubchenko said.
Andriyivsky Uzviz has not benn reconstructed since 1980.
