On Wednesday the Shevchenko district court in Kyiv made a decision, on administrative suit by the people’s deputy of OU faction Mykola Onyshchuk, to forbid the judges Valery Pshenychny, Suzanna Stannyk and Volodymyr Ivashchenko to act as the CCU judges and fulfill their duties as they are dismissed. Mykola Onyshchuk informs.

According to Onyshchuk, the court forbade Pshenychny to hold sittings and let dismissed judges in the sittings. The CCU can hold sittings, in accordance with the law on CCU, in case of quorum not less than 12 judges, so without the above mentioned judges the CCU can hold its sittings.
