President Victor Yushchenko has sent five letters to Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych.

The first letter concerns violations of the country’s land laws. In his second letter, Yushchenko complains that VAT is rebated unfairly and disproportionately. In the third letter, he says the government has failed to regulate Ukraine’s sugar market efficiently, urging the cabinet of ministers to improve its management without delay. In the fourth letter, the President says his July 11/2006 decree no.606 to boost Ukraine’s innovational and technological development has been only partly implemented. Yushchenko’s fifth letter is about the government’s April 13/2007 resolution no. 190 to evict those having offices in Kyiv’s Gostynny Dim, according to president's press office.
