According to that law it was foreseen that the President appointed judges to administrative positions. The VR chairman Olexander Moroz reported in parliament, ForUm’s correspondent reported.
Thus, in the speaker’s opinion, according to the CCU, the President has no right to appoint judges on administrative positions.

“ This decision is publicized and we understand that another legal regulation will be used during the judges appointment to administrative positions. It is fundamentally important case and not accidentally it was spoken yesterday that mass judges and heads of judicial structures appointments provide preparation for mass elections’ falsifications,” the head of parliament emphasized.
