The coalition is concerned about situation of the CCU, the PR people’s deputy Yury Myroshnychenko told today in the parliament, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
According to him, the coalition representatives express protest against actions aiming at “destabilizing of constitution justice”. “In current political situation only CCU has rights and obligations to act as regulator of public-political crisis,” Myroshnychenko said.
He opined that the President’s officials make all possible to stop CCU functioning. He is convinced the President’s decrees on CC judges’ dismissal should be cancelled.
According to Myroshnychenko, coalition addresses the President to ask to act as guarantor of the Constitution and Law.
He stated the coalition insists on early parliamentary elections only after CCU verdict.
