The people’s deputy Josyv Vinsky considers that the President and PM should negotiate that is the starting point to resolve political crisis in Ukraine. He told today, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“I can’t see the way out in negotiations of the working group. Negotiations should be at the President and PM level,” he said.
According to Vinsky, political divergences between opposition and coalition should be resolve by the President and PM. Now the working group has nothing to be proud of.
