The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko declares that early parliamentary elections in Ukraine will take place before October. He told today at the International Investment Forum in Kyiv.
“Early elections will be a key resolution of this discussion,” he said. Moreover, according to the President, to resolve current political crisis is possible only by means of negotiations.
