“Communists and socialists intend to make changes to the Constitution, that will take two parliamentary session after that the parliament should adopt a decision on its self-dissolution. They and deny President’s right to dissolve the parliament. They consider only they have right to do it,” he said. According to him, one should not expect from the coalition decision on self-dissolution.
