The ex President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma considers main condition of early elections is return of all participants of negotiation process to the legal ground. He told today during open public sittings “Through overcoming political crisis to stable development of Ukraine”.
He noted that there were no reasons for parliament dissolution as stability was observed in Ukraine and the VRU worked “successfully”.
According to him, the best coalition would be of OU and PR. At the same time, he thinks current coalition is strong enough; it works successfully and gives no grounds for the President to dissolve the parliament.
Kuchma considers the VRU should work, “there is no state in the world without legislative branch of power.”
Kuchma also expressed regret that there were no representatives of the President’s Secretariat and the opposition at these sittings.
