Victor Yushchenko’s interview on Thursday with Italy’s Rai Uno focused on how to resolve the ongoing political crisis in Ukraine. He said a snap poll was the best way to end the impasse.
“Ukraine is approaching a political solution to the crisis. We will do it through democratic and nonviolent means and in a way that will once again demonstrate that Ukraine is a democratic state that has European prospects and remembers its European history,” he said, president's press office reported.
