Moroz knows why Yushchenko dismissed CC judges

The VRU speaker Olexander Moroz considers the main reason for CC judges’ dismissal is intention to block the CCU work. Moroz told today in the parliament, commenting judges’ dismissal by the president.

According to Moroz such actions of the President violate principle of judges’ independence.

“The matter concerns it is necessary either demoralize or block CCU,” he said.

He noted it means the President does not have assurance concerning CCU will make decision in his favour. “We understand it and hope the people understands it,” Moroz said.
