The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko understands that the Constitutional Court will admit decree on the VRU dissolution unconstitutional. The people’s deputy from SPU Mykola Danylyn told today the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
Expressing his opinion concerning new president’s decree, he said that it has already become a joke. “When he makes such decision like a new decree it shows that he understands the CCU will admit his decree unconstitutional,” he added.
“I think the only way out of this situation is his resignation. He has no moral right to the President of the country and the guarantor of the Constitution if he violates it himself,” he noted.
