The Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych considers that international conciliators can help to prevent intensification of the conflict and regulate political crisis in Ukraine. Yanukovych told «The Sunday Telegraph».
“I consider the international conciliators could prevent escalation of the political conflict and possible force methods for its regulation,” he said.
The PM noted that events of 2004 contributed to purification of the Ukrainian society. “We laid a foundation for new political model, parliamentary-presidential model. But old system is striving and does not want to recede and to search any way to keep the power,” he explained.
