One of the CC judges offers to stop consideration of case on the legality of the President’s decree “On early dissolution of the VRU.”
After the representatives of the VRU refused to give answers for five judges of the CCU, Volodymyr Kampo the judge submitted for consideration a draft on stop of the given case.
Kampo noted that the CCU has right for this. Considerations of cases that have only legal but not political character belong to the CCU jurisdiction. “This case has only political character,” Kampo said, adding that the CCU has no authorities to decide this case.
Moreover, Kampo noted that the CCU verdict will not solve the political conflict, otherwise will intensify political situation in the country.
