The reporter on Ukraine of the monitoring committee of the PACE Hanne Severinsen does not exclude that crisis in Ukraine can be solved without early elections. She told the “Profil” magazine.
“I consider tha none of the side won in the result of adopted by the PACE resolution. The representatives of the coalition and the opposition only can by means of negotiations,” Severinsen said.
She opines that this way each of the sides should partially refuse their positions. “To my opinion it’s time for leaders of five political parties to negotiate and agree. CCU verdict is good but the political forces should find a compromise after that they will be able to answer whether it is necessary to conduct early elections. And maybe they come todecision that early election are not necessary," she said.
