CCU proceeds consideration of the President’s decree case

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine proceeds to consider case concerning he President’s decree on the VRU dissolution.

There are 16 judges of the CC in court hall. According to the chief judge Ivan Dombrovsky, the judges Volodymyr Ivashchenko and Volodymyr Kampo are absent “for good reasons”.

The CC proceeds to hear the authorized representative of the subject of the Constitutional submission Yury Myroshnychenko.

The hearing was postponed because of quorum absence as some judges could not get in the CC as a result of numerous supporters of different political forces, piqueting the CC building.
