The Constitutional court verdict should be concrete. Taras Chornovil the people’s deputy from the party of Regions told the parliamentary journalists, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“The CC verdict should define whether the President’s decree is legal or illegal. Despite it will be positive or negative it should be concrete concerning the fact of dissolution of the VRU, no other variant can’t be,” he said.
Moreover, Chornovil reminded that nobody can cancel CCU session on April 17.
According to him, in such situation when everybody is waiting for the CCU session, “and CEC declared that it could not make elections before the CCU verdict, the President happened to be in the constitutional blind alley.”
“The President’s decree was impossible for fulfillment. On May 27 the elections will not take place at any conditions. And to postpone the date, as the President offers, is one more violation of the constitution… so the President should cancel his decree or issue a new one that looks like illogical. Because the only point the President claimed against the VRU is already liquidated,” he said.
