The fact that the coalition returned to its previous composition that corresponds to the constitutional requirements does not give grounds to revise the decree on parliament’s dissolution. The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko told yesterday the foreign mass media representatives.
Yushchenko noted that he appreciates such decision of the coalition but illegal actions in the parliament led to the significant conflict.
Moreover, Yushchenko added that there are no legal devices yet that can prevent such situation in the future. That’s why he is convinced that there is no other way out to solve this conflict except early parliamentary elections.
