The Constitutional court registered submission of the VR on the President’s decree on early dissolution of the parliament. Yanukovych told today at the press conference, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“We received the information that the CC has registered submission of the VRU and is ready to consider it,” Yanukovych said.
Early parliamentary elections are possible under condition that the CCU confirms constitutionality of the President’s decree on VRU dissolution. “Only then the Party of Regions would starts preparation for elections,” he noted.
According to Yanukovych, next parliamentary elections should be held in 2011. “When they are appointed, we will make arrangements,” he said.
Moreover, Yanukovych said that before election campaign it is necessary to change the law on people’s deputies’ election as this law violates human rights.
