President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko reminds the
Cabinet of Ministers about criminal responsibility for non-fulfillment of the
decree on dismissal of the Verkhovna Rada.
At Thursday’s session of the National Security and Defense Council the President addressed Premier Yanukovych and the Cabinet concerning necessity to provide electing process.
The Head of State also demanded a corresponding decision to be registered in the Verkhovna Rada. Yushchenko underlined that “non-fulfillment of the President’s decree leads to criminal responsibility.”
According to Yushchenko, Ukraine has enough means to hold early parliamentary elections.
He also noted it was necessary to start forming territorial election commission.
