The Verkhovna Rada has forbidden National Bank of
Ukraine and its officials to take part in financing actions, provided by the
decree of the President on dismissal of the parliament. 252 deputies voted for
the corresponding resolution.
“For the purpose of securing constitutional order and stability in the state the Verkhovna Rada decrees:
1. To forbid temporally the National Bank of Ukraine and its officials to take part in financing actions provided by the decree of the President on dismissal of the parliament of April 2 till the Constitutional Court makes a decision on constitutionality of the decree.
2. The resolution comes into force from the moment of its adoption,”
says the resolution of the parliament, announced by vice-speaker Adam Martynyuk.
